In effort to furnish the maximum details to shape a perfect leader, in this demanding community. I strongly Beleive that Leaders are not born, they are made. They are made not by themselves, but by the situation, experience & the oppurtunity to lead others. Leaders do not just lead, they are the reason for one to reach his or her goal.
